is it possible for a notary to refuse service?

 Yes! Services can be refused based on the following:


1. Signer Disqualifications-

This occurs when the signer does not meet certain qualifications for the notarization. These may include:

  • The signer is not physically present.
  • The signer cannot be properly identified.
  • The signer does not speak the same language as the Notary.
  • The signer is unwilling to swear or affirm the contents of the document for notarizations that require an oath or affirmation.
  • When the signer appears to be confused, disoriented, or lacks the mental capacity to sign documents.
  • ​Reason to believe that the signer is being coerced to sign, rather than signing of his or her own free will.


2. Document Disqualifications-

This occurs when the document doesn’t meet certain requirements. Situations may include: 

  • The document contains blank spaces or missing pages. 
  • The document does not contain a notarial certificate, and the signer cannot or will not instruct the Notary which type of notarial certificate is required.
  • The signer wants you to certify a copy of a vital record, such as a birth certificate, which you are not permitted to do.



What type of identification do I need for my notary appointment?

Acceptable ID cards must be issued by the State or Government. These are generally:  

        - Drivers License  

        - State ID Card  

        - Military ID  

        - INS Card  

        - Passport  


The ID must contain a Signature, Physical Description, Photo and Expiration to be acceptable.

No, you do not have to leave the house while our services are being performed. We understand you cannot pause your life, that is why we are here to help make your life easier. Your daily schedule can continue while we work on sparkling your home.

Can the service be completed in a day?

Depending on work needed to be performed, we will give you an estimate of the work time-frame after the initial free in-house estimate is conducted.

Are you flexible with timing?

Yes, we are flexible with our timing as much as possible but keep in mind that other clients may have booked a particular time slot. However, we will work hard to satisfy you. 

How much do you charge and when do I pay (before or after service)?

Our pricing will be discussed with each client depending on the amount of work to be done, our client's preferred completion time/date, the type of service to be conducted, etc.


We will charge 50% down payment before the commencement of service and the balance after the service is complete.
